Great episode, too. On one hand, you have a really serious and touching plotline in which Buffy seeks the answer to how past Slayers have died, a quest which ends up with her spending an evening with Spike. (And Loki: The scene where he’s picking up the money Buffy threw at him is nothing compared to the scene where he comes to shoot her, and ends up giving her a reassuring pat on the back. Not that the Bufy-Spike-”beneath you” scene wasn’t absolutely awesome; it was just inferior to the scene in the Summers’ backyard.)
And on the other hand, you’ve got Riley patrolling with the Scoobies. Him sneaking around in front, while they follow in th back, eating really crunchy chips, and commenting really loud on his sneaky skills. Yayz0r!
A really good episode that brought me to the verge of tears at least three times, even though I never tipped over the edge.

I agree, the reason I mentioned the one and not the other was that I was talking about moments more than scenes in their entirety.

Ah, well, then I agree, because the backyard scene was more of a scene than a moment, yes.

See? I always have my back covered.
Except for when I speak of which scenes were in which volume of which series of comics. Apparently, Magneto hugs Dopey the seventh Dwarf in this really touching scene in Don Rosa’s “Fray”.

Yeah. Yeah, I think I read that once.

It takes place in the Andes, with Kermit, Sala, the Phantom and Casper the friendly ghost standing about cheering them on. It’s all so very gripping.

Hmm. Sala and the Phantom? Wasn’t it Frank Castle and Selina Kyle? Because I can’t remember anything about Sala and Kit…

It might have been Sala and Frank. Selina was definetely not there, she was marrying Sandman at the moment. Lovely wedding. I thought the gown was a little overdone, though, but that’s probably just me.

Ah, there you have it nailed. Of course the truth lies somewhere in the middle, as always. And the Selina-Sandman wedding! Wow, that was something to see. I disagree on the dress, though. I thought the marengs-like lace and stuff suited her and the situation perfectly. And when in addition the groom was dressed all in green! Wow. Just wow.
