I’m too exhausted to write much about this episode, really, but I’ll give it a try nevertheless.
Like so many episodes before this season, “Sacrifice” begins just where the preceeding episode left off. That is, with Connor shouting for help after been infected with Cordelia’s blood. And seriously, who can blame him? He’s been alone and/or miserable for his entire life, and here comes a creature who loves him, who makes him feel good about himself, who trusts him, and who, perhaps most important of all, makes him feel like he’s part of something bigger, something good. (Whoa, yet another reference to authoritarian/totalitarian organizations. Wicked.)
There’s also a bunch of revelations as to the nature of Jasmine, and all that, but blah. That’s just plot stuff.
