“Hallows, Goodbye.
So, the end is here. After lears, laughs, frustrations and speculations, at the stroke of midnight I grabbed hold of a copy of
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and began to devour it.

It’s a brilliant book, and one which also stays solidly true to the values of the series as a whole: that not everybody is black and white, that heroism comes in all forms, that death is hard, that love will save the day.

Thanks JK Rowling for the tears, the laughs, the frustrations, the speculations. In a world where we have news reports telling us the time of attack is imminent; where headlines scream about the latest threat to our planet; where people struggle to find a sun amongst the stormclouds, how comforting it is to have a book which shows us a world where, to survive, all you need is love.

I wish I lived there. It sounds marvellous.”
