How the fuck is this even possible? 10-15 episodes in a row, nearly without a boring moment? One masterpiece following the other? And even an episode staring out as if it’s gonna be a orgy og cheesy turning into a tragedy with a happy ending.
This episode actually made me respect Andrew somewhat. He’s still a pathetic sycophant and an hopeless push-over with suspicious connections to Evil, but now my empathy has kicked in, and peppered my contempt with pity and sympathy.
And all the other stuff going on parallel to this — I’m bereft of words.
Conclusion: I need more “Joss Whedon Is My Master Now”-t-shirts.

I’m thrilled.
Also, what’s with you and the word sycophant today?

What? It’s just a cool word. Besides, it’s kinda fitting. And it doesn’t sound as plebian as “ass-licker”, which would probably have been my second choice.
You know, why go with the straight-forward, droll and vulgar, when you could go for the snobbish and … well, cool?

I’d agree, had you not used it on me without using it on me but clearly using it on me.

Hey, I used it about you, indirectly, as a negative; something which you’re not!
That’s positive, you know!

As I said - you said it about me without saying it about me but clearly saying it about me. It was an insult worthy of a politician - not really an insult at all, strictly speaking, but clearly intended as one nonetheless.
What, you think I’m an amateur?!
